Aditya has a strong background in financial services and legal outsourcing. He has worked in business development and implementation for offshore services for over 7 years and has managed over 25 client engagements for firms in the U.S., UK, Canada and Australia. Adi previously worked at Deutsche Bank, New York. He has a Masters in Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor in Accounting from Loyola College, India.

Lakshmi Gopal has been with Cenza since 1999 and with the Apcom Group since 1989. She has 21 years of production management experience in a variety of manufacturing and services industries and over 10 years of experience in managing offshore delivery teams in the BPO industry. She also has a strong Human Resources background.

SPR is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is qualified for information system audit by ISACA, USA . He has a rich experience over 25 years from various large sized limited companies in finance, foreign exchange management, accounts and taxation in different sectors of industries. He has the professional knowledge and ability to manage a big team and is capable of handling large projects.

Since 2006, Eryka has been working with Cenza’s clients in the US and Canada, and has successfully managed over 100 coding projects in this period. As Senior Project Manager, she consults with clients to define specifications on coding projects and works with the India Project Management team in India to ensure deliverables are to client requirements. Eryka Johnson started her career in the litigation industry at IKON in 1997, and until 2003 worked in different roles including as a Document Coder, Operations Manager and Onsite Project Manager. She worked as a Database trainer to the SEC legal staff in Atlanta in 2004, due to her strong knowledge of databases. She has also worked at Bowne and Capitol Legal, and has handled a wide variety of litigation projects.
