Induction Training Program
After preliminary testing, which includes online written testing for language, quantitative and analytical reasoning, the new employees enter our initial 180-hour comprehensive induction program. We have developed training modules for general aptitude as well as comprehensive specific process training in areas in document coding - these are conducted at regular intervals to help employees enhance their quality and increase productivity.
